At Pop N Lock Productions, we believe every person, organization, and community has a story worth telling. Based on Vancouver Island, we create documentaries, cinematic videos, and photography that capture authentic moments and meaningful experiences.

Founded by Matthew Hoffmann, Pop N Lock Productions brings together a passion for storytelling with years of experience in communication, customer service, and visual media. With a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media Studies from Vancouver Island University and over a decade of customer service and technical support experience with Shaw Communications, Matthew combines creative vision with a client-focused approach built on listening, collaboration, and trust.

Committed to lifelong learning, Matthew is currently completing a Professional Certificate in Project & Change Management and a Master of Arts in Professional Communication through Royal Roads University. This combination of creative and professional experience helps ensure every project is thoughtfully planned, professionally managed, and tailored to each client's unique story.

Whether we're producing a documentary, creating a promotional video, or capturing photographs that preserve meaningful moments, our goal is simple: to create authentic, cinematic stories that inform, inspire, and connect.
